  • Morning all. We had a lovely evening yesterday. The food was yummy, and the restaurant was really nice but very disorganised. We weren't sure if they were short staffed or if that was normal. wasn't a problem because we weren't rushing, but it would have been annoying if we had to be somewhere. i've not caught up very much. Has Tara been in?

GISI and ladybird, as my 2 vegetarian testers, how does sweetcorn fritters with homemade chutney grab you as a recipe to test?

will get the recipes to you if I know you're interested...

Also a frugal veggie risotto needs testing-would that tickle the tastebuds?

    Love weezl x

Oh, those both sound nice. I do sweetcorn pancakes sometimes. I had chickpea fritters last night, which were really nice.

    Morning all,

I've woken up with a sore throat this morning. Hope it goes away, because we're going out tonight.

I've got the hairdressers in an hour so need to make sure DH is out of bed! They went for an Indian last night before coming home and he totally reeks of garlic.

Elle, how much has Rhys come on?! I know we all knew it, but seeing his progress like that in the two videos really highlights it.

Weezl, I had leg cramps too in late pregnancy with Caitlin and the only way to ease them was to get up, so I sympathise with you at the moment.

Oh, I keep forgetting to say - Tigs and Glam, have the fairies arrived yet? I've got slow fairies and they only went on Wednesday (well, I gave them to my sis to post then, so hopefully she's done it!). Sorry about the delay.

No fairies here yet, I suspect they're still fighting the evil male/mail ogres on their journey ;)
