Was it MFD who posted the link to the Shocks (?). Socks crossed with shoes? They were £10 or so. Anyway, Boots have them at £6.00. My one had a pale pink and a darker pink for girls and a blue for boys. Got the darker pink for Amber. They are like high socks with a pair of soft moccasins on the feet. Great, they stay on and her feet are nice and toasty in the walker plus she can grip. We have lamenite flooring and it's cold.
Also, I got SMA follow on for her plus 2 dresses for £3.75 each and 2 pairs of tights for £1.25
Interview went fine, I have an unconditional offer will get the letter in April some time. But childcare and loans to work out (don't need the loan but have to get it to get childcare paid, will put it in a proper savings account (one you have to give 3 months notice to remove it) so we don't spend it and then pay it back at the end of the year) but childcare may be an issue. They may pay upto £80 per week (or £160, but I couldn't work out if it was £80 per child or just £80) very confused about it. I'm supposed to be on SAAS applying for the loans at the moment....
How is everyone? Anyone give me a little catchup? It takes so long to load pages on this computer that catching up is impossible, plus it is sooo uncomfy sitting here!
i have had two pairs of these Shocks. I took one away with us and they were good on the plane as i didn't have to worry about socks/shoes coming off. she soon outgrow those, so i got her another pair.
i bought some things in the minimode sale too.
so pleased that the interview went well
catchup ...SM has some news but isn't spilling until tomorrow :D0 -
Searching, counter with £14.99 and try to push it up a bit? But add in that you are willing to barter. How much is postage? Send it recorded (I would) and add on enough to cover your fee's. Thats what I'd do anyway...
i was thinking £15 postage is about £3-4 .. how do you stop a item on sale .. oh and where do you get the address sorry im new to this xStill searching .....:)

not sure about 'stopping' a sale (other than removing the item, but then you would be selling outside ebay so not a good idea, but if you haven't had any bids on the item yet, you can edit your listing to add a Buy It Now price. If you do that, then that person can buy it that way.
When they pay for the item their address will be provided (sorry i can't remember on what as it's been a while since i sold anything).
Someone who is a more regular seller might put it better or tell you how to do it more easily.0 -
Susan the breastfeeding gmtv thing is on their video player http://www.gm.tv/videos/?vxClipId=1441_gmtv_8179
the MW's body language is confusing me, she's a regular on tv and I don't recall ever having seen her look so uncomfortable before...0 -
Searchie - you'll need to revise your item to include a buy it now. When they've bought it, you'll get the option to 'view order details'. The buyers address will be on that.
We've been to Gymbabes - its was very good. 5 people on trial including me, and about 5 others there. We weren't the oldest or the youngest and V seemed to enjoy herself, mostly crawling around looking at other babies.
I'm off again now to collect DS from school. I thought I may as well go now before they phone me.:beer:0 -

thanks for your sympathies SS
. My dad babysat for a few hours while I painted the town red (:rotfl:, went to ASDA & Boots, that is) and Poop Watch reports a tiny streak and nothing else. NHS Direct (I have bypassed HV who was useless) told me to go to GP, so we have an appt this evening. I gave a little bit of water yesterday, but wasn't very persistant with it so shall try and get more in him today (NHS Direct also suggested water).
Got a sleeping bag in TK Maxx for £7.99 so maybe that might help with sleep issues? Or maybe they will magically resolve when the poopsplosion happens.
(still absolutely nothing wrong with him other than lack of poop!)top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!
