help - those of you who used engage mutual for the CTF ... when did you send the voucher? is it when you receive the welcome back or now (as i have just applied and it said to send the voucher). just wondering whether to send it with a covering letter or do i was for something in the welcome pack?

I waited for the welcome pack, they enclosed an envelope to send the voucher back to them. We've since had confirmation of it arriving and the account opening properly. (Just waiting for my cashback & vouchers now!):heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

ah ta Tigs. i shall wait then. just a bit anxious to get it sent in considering i have left it sooooo long
now, just need to sort my phone out to send it back for repair and that will be my two jobs done in my lunch hour that i needed to do.
