Was good fun, some women in the changing rooms have no shame, walking around with their better looking boobs than mine, how dare thee!
It was mainly older ladies who went to the gym I used. The worst day was when I opened the changing room door just at the same time as an old lady bent to to pick her cossie off the floor so I was greeted with a big wrinkly bum and saggy flaps - yuk!!!!
Got some audits to do today but will have to go out this afternoon when Craig comes in from work.
Charlotte seems better this morning. I'm pleased as it's school photo's today, so I need to take her along to have her picture taken with James. She's already picked the dress she wants to wear - little fashionista
Have a good day everyoneHere I go again on my own....0 -
Good morning everyone *yawns*
My monster was up half the night, OH and I had a long talk about why I'm stressed and snappy and I feel much better, and I have a lunch meeting, a ton of stuff to do and my ex (now my good friend, ex only for context) is flying in for a visit this evening and wants to go swing dancing.
Oh, and in my dreams I did laundry. Does that mean I'm exempt now?
My old gym in Ireland and the one I use now both have open changing areas, it doesn't bother me. I was a bit self-conscious right after I had Molly, but people of all shapes and sizes go there, and once I got into the steam room and started uncontrollably lactating onto my towel I figured everyone who could see me through the steam knew there was a recent baby :rotfl:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hi ladies,
I see we have a new thread.
I haven't got a hope of catching up and I'm not sure how long I'll manage to br around for today either. Caitlin is poorly sick
I went out on Tues night with my mummy friends for the first time since C was born and she was sick 6 times for DH. Bless him, he didn't call me as he didn't want to spoil my night out, but he'd changed her cot and her sleep clothes four times. I got back at 11 and she puked twice more on me.
I called NHS Direct as that was 8 pukes in 3.5 hours. They gave some advice which was helpful but as she wasn't any better yesterday morning, I took her to the Drs. It's a viral infection and contagious. She's not really keeping much down. Yesterday, she only kept two 3oz bottles down and two lots of 2oz of water. She woke at midnight so I gave her another 3oz which thankfully she kept down and I gave her 3oz milk 20 mins ago and that's stayed down so far.
It's a double-ended bug too which makes it all the more interesting!
I hope everyone is doing OK and I'll hopefully be back with you soon.

Poor Caitlin, a gentle hug from me.
Apparently I still have to do the laundry

Oh Choppy poor you! Sounds grim and a bit anxious-makingMy_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Wake & Milk (BF)

12 noon lunch
2.30pm bottle - followed by nap!!
5pm dinner
6.30pm nighttime bottle
7.00pm up to bed and BF
Snacks as and when (once they are a bit older they tell you when they are hungry). Sometimes I give him a little supper if he hasn't eaten much at dinner.
We ended up with something a bit the other way round from most of the other posters I think -
7am-ish Breakfast
8am BF
11.30am Lunch
1.30pm BF->nap
6pm Supper
8pm BF->bed
and snacks as and when. He gets a sippy cup with each meal, and we roughly alternate full fat cow's milk with water now he's 1+, before he turned 12 months we just gave him water. He is more interested in the milk than the water, but happy to drink water when he's thirsty!
I am more sick today! I have been in a nasty dozing limbo of breathing raspily through my mouth since about 3ish. Allowing flu meds to do their work and make me alive againneed to do some work from home today at least but I am going to keep it to a minimum... OH is fine and Elijah is snotty but otherwise fine now.

We are very excited!
Nanny went well yesterday, she is really lovely and good with Toby, I made the right choice. Dinner out went well too.
Were going to a Baby Group this morning, but had a bad nights sleep so we'll just go for a walk to the postbox instead.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Is everyone ok today, we had quite a deep and meaningful day yesterday didn't we?
Hugs for all who'd like one
Bounty have written to tell be that Kester is 40 cm long and I must pack my hospital bag STAT! Who'd have thought they'd be so bossy?!
I am having luggage issues though, my gym bag's got a bust zip, so can't really use that...
Also am having psychological issues with what they want me to pack. If I go in it's because something's gone pear-shapedin which case I really don't think I'm going to be giving a figgy pudding about whether I have my 'lipstick for that first mummy and baby pic' or 'scented spritzing spray to sooth me in the early phases' or 'MP3 playlist of my most motivational tracks'. (would really like to do a little blue eye-rolling smiley here!)
*can't help but think that bounty are encouraging a false image of what to expect in labour, it's not a flipping spa day!*
