my head is mashed! have been trying to work out all morning our fianances when i go back to work. for a scary 30 mins i though  we were not going to have enough cash. but i think (fingers crossed) i have worked it out right.
i put in to the HRMC website calc our salaries and different scenarios. theres nine weeks left before 05April so whatever amount it gave us i divided it by 9 to give me a figure. Think thats the right way anyway. have i done this right way??
as a result i can work part time- 3days. DH needs a set day off to mind Kian to keep nursery fees down. and we still have enough to pay CCCS. (150 a month). so hopefully they will be paid by Oct and then the £150 is spare!!! we will be able to treat ourselves at last!!! really cant wait!!'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -

Didn't you answer your question in your post, Hammy? It's popular for lots of reasons but one of them is it lets people see a variety of pics of distant friends and their families/babies
Vaguely interesting bloggy thing about babies I was just reading

Sami- that Dr sounds awful. Hope the results are all ok though, and well done Chris for entertaining Ed at the crucial moments!
Feelie- Em can't make it as she works Fridays, not sure of anyone else near enough. Tara and Harley are quite away away from B-stoke, although of course anyone is more than welcome to join us!
None of my new mummy friends came to coffee this morning, and no messages from anyone...how rude!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

<---- Fuming...
I could swing for that bl00dy nurse, I really could!!!!
Yet another faffy blood test. So Rhys doesn't bleed well - no need to make a big song and dance about it, shout about it in the waiting room (by way of explanation to other waiting patients!), huff and puff and moan about to TO Rhys! He can't bloody help it. What does she want him/me to do about it?!
Tried his foot, missed the vein. Tried his inside elbow, got it perfect then slipped with her hand and pulled it out (his arm is a mess!). Tried with the back of his hand, missed the vein again. In the end did a heel pr!ck which will mess up the results (the more squeezing they have to do to get the blood out, the higher the potassium result comes back).
It's not at all convenient with OH's working day but I'm going to try my hardest to get him to come with us next month and see what he thinks. If it's not me overreacting, I'm putting in a request that we have someone else, don't care how inconvenient it is for them to arrange! She moans every time that his veins are messed up and scarred and it's her doing it!
Need a cuppa..0 -
Morning all,
How exciting that some of you's are meeting up, looking forward to the gossip of the days events and tales of gorgeous babies.
Chips, I only gave my oldest 2 home made chips that i knew had no salt never allowed them sauce or anything until they were around 3 because of the sugar content either.
Well i had a late night last night didn't get to bed until 3am then Aiden was up for a bottle and i managed to sleep through the alarm for school but they made it just as the bell went. feeling the effects now but waiting on my dad as i was preparing some documents for him last night and i need him to proof them so i can run them off and post them.
Made the mistsake of calling tax credits etc to tell them of Aidens arrival, don't you just hate the music on those lines, they make you want to sleep. All was OK untill i called about the healthy start vouchers, stupid online forms are mince. apparently most of my details are incorrect which has me wondering just how i got the vouchers in the first place if the info contradicted it's self, 2 different dates of birth, wrong NINO and address apparently(confused smilie please). All the operator kept saying was you put the info in and i was trying to explain that there was no way i would have put the wrong day month and year for my DOB and made myself a 49year old women on half the form:mad: Gave up and emailed them so now it's a waiting game......boring and resulted in me eating 2 sausage rolls,,,,Ooops
Hugs elle that nurse sounds a mare, Think you are right to get another nurse to do the blood. Can't have the little one going through that all the time, she wouldn't like it done to her kids so why should you accept it!![STRIKE]Little bump 3 on it's way[/STRIKE]:j

was trying to work out if it was better that i work full time or part time.
then i kept making mistakes with the money. but it doesnt seem to matter what hours i put in it was the salaries and childcare. mad to think that its better finacially for us to put kian in childcare than have a friend/relation look after him. even looked at if i gave up work and omg theres no way we could even consider that option!!
need to change some direct debits though cos when they go out on the 1st of month it leave sus with hardly any cash till credits/child benefit gets paid.
are you all ready for tomorrow??'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0
