Has anyone had physio for pelvis or back problems after pregnancy?
I went to the 'Pain in pregnancy' class, and had a bump band, wrist splints and crutches sorted, but now I'm actually having a real physio appointment. What should I expect?Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

DKAM- I go to church, and love it, our church is fantastic with families- they have been bringing us meals since before Alex was born and the SPD got too much. We went yesterday and Alex cried in the sermon and everyone said after how lovely it was... it is a real family place

Hello, I had first appointment a fortnight ago for knee probs caused by pregnancy but I'd imagine all first appointments are roughly the same.
Had a long chat about where the pain is when I get it how severe it is etc.
She then looked at posture, watching how I stood, bend down how stretchy I was things like that.
She then bent me all about to see how I moved, what caused pain etc.
Then she gave me a diagnosis and came up with a treatment action plan0 -
