Afternoon. No idea what it is I'm afraid.

Poor you on the sleep. And another vote in the r4 camp here :)

We are back from town. When did prescription charges get so expensive? I had to get 2 things on prescription and one thing that is cheaper to get over the counter, so it had to go on the cc, as I don't have that knd of money spare the day efore payday!

Izzy has put on over a pound since her birthday - I thought my arms were getting tired. I tried to get her to stand for me to measure her height too, but she was having none of it!

Not sure if its different for us (prob is) but I get OH a 4mth prepay thing for his drugs. They are £15ish, he takes 3 different pills a day for BP. I time getting his pills so I only have to buy 2 a yr.
I think they are trying to make all prescriptions free in Scotland

AF - the Professor Layton game sounds up your street :)

You have the memory card but you will still need to but the R4 card. The adaptor you have will be to use the SD in the USB drive of the comp - if that makes sense?

oh ta, that will be one that i am after then :D

i will still get the R4 card then .. and then i will asking questions :D
  • I don't get them often enough to prepay, it's just that I'm falling to bits this month. I never used to go to the doctors, but since I was pregnant I may as well have a chair with my name on it in the waiting room!

Gah, can I get a bit of ebay advice please?

I bought two items from one seller. I tend to buy multiple things from the same seller because they often have loads of baby clothes in the same size etc, and this one had one thing I quite liked and one I really liked. She's just refunded me the thing I really liked because the other is "no longer available" - but I wouldn't have bought the other without that one and the postage was far too high for just one anyway. I'm peeved. Is there anything I can do?

  • SS- I would just explain to her what you've put here. If she is a good seller, she will cancel the sale. If she gets stroppy you could report her as a non-performing seller for not sending the item that is interestingly "no longer available"

Are things allowed to be 'no longer available' once you've paid???!!!! I would just ask for a full refund for everything

    Yeah- what NMS said!

She says she's already sent the first thing else I'd cancel the whole thing
And because it's a partial refund Paypal takes 20p of my money for nothing. HMPH.

That's naughty! :naughty: (ETA: of her, not you)
Do you think the item might become available if you threatened to report her?

ETA again!: Sounds like she's sent you a payment and not a refund - you should not have incurred any fees.
