My problem is getting to sleep, and I'm finding it difficult to get to sleep even between 12:00 and 2:00 a.m. Consequently wake up at 08:00ish when I get up for Frasier repeats on weekdays and my obligatory two mugs of tea.
I also invested in having a wonderful 'bed' with memory foam pillowcase (and silk pillowcases - although I don't recommend them!) and electric blanket and so on.
Agapanthus - I love your username and icon - one of my favourite flowers and reminds me of all the agapanthus flowers in Cape Town in summer, and the ones in my plant pot here.0 -
Now that the mornings are lighter my natural waking time has changed to around 8am instead of 9.30am on the dark winter mornings. Light, snowdrops and a bit of sunshine - nature's way of altering our minds and body clocks for Spring." The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

As you say Lilac Lady, the morning light makes all the difference. Now the sun is shining this week it hits my head at about 8am and I can't wait to spring out of bed and make the most of the day. Must put the blind down at night, the novelty will soon wear off!!member # 12 of Skaters Club
