Indeed it is clearly stated and i stand corrected.

If they have admitted that the error is on their website and you have explained that it was a deciding factor in booking the holiday then you should be allowed to cancel.
There are of course certain steps you need to take before taking legal action, the first one is to call and explain that because of their error you wish to cancel the holiday at no cost.
Make sure you keep a record of all contact, i.e times, names etc. When you have done that let us know and we can see what the next step would be for you.

If you are hoping you can force Virgin to fulfil their side of the contract (as in provide the tickets) you won't be able to, not legally anyway. Since you have not lost any money due to their error.

Is the OP after tickets for the hopper or the parks themselves?

I may be wrong, but I assume the "park hopper" is some sort of coach/monorail/bus which either gets you to the parks or around them?

The Virgin webpage clearly states the "park hopper pass" is included, not a "park pass". Maybe that's why they are saying you will have to pay separately to access the parks?

Or have I got this totally wrong???

Doesn't "park hopper tickets" meaning tickets for the hopper to the park ? ie a free bus service from your accomodation to the theme park, and not actually theme park admission ?

Not really, the passes are called 'park hoppers' which basically means you can flit between parks at leisure.

Imo the OP was perfectly right in assuming the tickets were indeed the park entrance tickets.

Looks like it's an added extra on top of the ticket prices.

TBH I've never seen a holiday to Disney that includes the tickets unless you pay for them as part of the package

we have been to disland paris many times and have stayed at the main park hotels and each time park tickets were included as standard.

i dont want to cancel the holiday, as its all booked and nearly all paid for. I was wanting to know were I stood regarding this matter and whether they are legally oblidged to provide them as its state on their website, and this was one of the main reasons we booked this holiday we now find that we have to find a further £1000 pounds.

I can be sure of thing, if it was me that had made this kind of mistake I would be made to stand it.

Ok, I can guarantee you that there is absolutely nothing you can do to 'make' them give you the tickets. If you write a letter to customer relations you might get something - Although i doubt it.

You're just going to have to put it down to experience.

Disneyland Paris is a different kettle of fish all together - as you say the ticket prices are usually included
