Virgin Holidays Trip to Disneyland Florida

I am just going through my booking with Virgin Holidays;
We are staying at the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort; I have been informed that we now have to purchase park tickets to access the Disney Parks.
It states on the Virgin Website under the the hotel standard facilities that park hopper tickets are included.
On contacting Virgin Holidays directly asking about about this, they state that no park tickets are included and will beed to be purchased, costing just over a further £1000.00. They say that its a error on the website.
Anybody know where we stand legally on this one.
any help would be most appriciated

I have to be honest i have never know Virgin throw in free park tickets.
Can you post the link to where it says they'll give you them, ill have a look at it for you. I am however inclined to think you have misread it to say something like 'transportation to hop is provided free' - Which it is.The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -

Virgin's View
Not only have Disney managed to bring the ambience of the Caribbean to Florida, they've brought the beaches too! This resort is split into 6 Caribbean islands, each with its own pool and stretch of white sandy beach. Whilst mums and dads soak up the sun, the kids can climb, slide and play to their hearts content at Parrot Cay, a full acre of fun in the middle of Barefoot Bay. There are also playgrounds on the beaches of Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad, ensuring everyone is kept happy! Colonial-style buildings and swaying palm trees add to the vibe, as do lush gardens, warm breezes and the distant sound of steel drums. There are bikes for hire, nature trails, a lively shopping bazaar, food court and table-service dining - making this the perfect all-round family destination. Where is it?
In the EPCOT Resort area. Transfer time from airport: 30 min.

It's on this page:
http://www.virginholidays.co.uk/brochures/florida/holidays/orlando/walt_disney_world_resort/disneys_caribbean_beach_resort/
Right hand side, under the heading "Hotel Facilities", Includes a Ticket symbol so I too would have expected them to be included.
If not then it's a little misleading.0 -
It wont let me post the link i looked at,
but it clearly says
Facilities include:- Free parking

That seems to me as if it would be included....have you actually booked the holiday? If so I would continue to try and obtain the passes as although it is a possible mistake they may honour it or at least meat you some of the way towards the cost...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

You can't post links until you have enough posts. however, when composing your reply in the grey box you can put the link in there, then put spaces in between the www. and the rest of the link. It should allow this.
Sorry can't help out on the legal side.0 -
its ok, people have seen now what it says, though i was imagining that i misread it at first, but its clear as day, so just need advice now on how to proceed. basically they told me tough, its an error. All the same an error maybe, but surely because i have booked the holiday with that understanding, surely its part of the contract i have under taken with them ????????0
