Is this pull your card thing out correct I pulled my card out and lost a couple of channels but then while the card was out I had to power down my sky box and when it came back on I had lost at least one other channel and my BBC 1 had changed from south to London.
Your card regionalises the channels. If a reset/force update is done on the box with no card, it starts with BBC London and ITV Central.Dave. :wave:0 -

Thats what has happened I did have ITV london as an additional channel but that went. When the card expires will it still regionalise the box.0 -
You also get sky sportsnews on freeview and that doesn't come with the news package on sky. When i called sky to ask why the guy keep saying i was wrong and you can't get sky sportsnews on freeview, despite me watching it at on my aunts basic freeview just 10mins earlier.
Sky employ people that just read scripts, it wasn't on his / her script, so they simply didn't know.0 -
