gettingthereslowly, no lines on CBFM stick? Have you peed on the right side (not the shiny non absorbent side)?

LoopyLinz sorry for the BFN, but it ain't over 'till the witch arrives:o

fantafan blue pills? Where did you get it?
I wonder if my doc can prescribe them.

ddebski_us, I don't know why we have to keep explaining temps etc to DH/OHs. They can be so stupid.

When I said AF arrived, DH said, but I thought we timed it perfectly:shocked:

I told him even if one times it perfectly there's only 20%/cycle for a healthy young couple with no probs. I mean, with his 99% bad swimmers, what did he expect? And perfect timing my foot, we didn't BD on either 'Peak' days:mad:

Unbelievable aren't they?? I'm always trying to get DH to read about it and telling him facts, but he doesn't listen - seems to think this getting PG malarkey is a piece of p***!!

  • Hi ladies,
How are we, I'm an old board member, but I stopped dropping by due to a change in job, and also as I felt a bit of a fraud saying we were TTC when actually deep down, I knew there wasnt really any chance as my body was all over the shop periods wise and so on.

Well, a lot has happened over the last 6 months or so. My periods, they're not back properly, but I'm having them, albeit very odd cycles, 58 days, 52 days, 40 days, 47 days.. and so on, and very VERY painful.....

I had a docs appt for something totally unrelated and mentioned it in passing - and she said she would like to do some tests to check there's nothing underlying that's causing this. She also wanted my hubby to have a sperm sample tested so that if we went down the fertility route, he could be ruled out.
So last Thu I had bloods took and swabs done and hubby did his sample , and a week before that went for an ultrasound too.

He went to the docs for his results last night, and we really didnt expect in any way that there would be a problem. Well, he has a low count..... only 6 million per ml (I think thats the measurement they use anyway, and I think the norm is 20 million?) Plus, 80% of those are immobile.....
I'm still trying to get my head around this, and I'm resisting googling it, as I know it will give me nightmares whatever I find out....

I go for my results tomorrow morning and I'm petrified at what they're going to tell me......

We've been BDing without protection for over 12 months now, and managed to stay quite chilled about it, but, I think maybe, depending what the doc says to me tomorrow, it's about time to get us a CBFM as it sound like we need all the help we can get......

Sorry to be all doom and gloom on y'all, but I needed to tell someone..... We're not talking to others in 'real life' about this as we don't want the constant questioning all the time.....

Anyone got any PMA going spare??

    xxx

Its hard to wait around for that something you know may never happen, but its harder to give up when you know its everything you ever wanted.........

That's not that bad, I don't know about DH's count (I think it was normal), he has 78% immobile but the fertility doctor wasn't too concerned. He was more concerned about 99% abnormal shapes... (morphology):o

Hi SunnySkies, welcome back! I would say if you have not been following the thread to look back at dusty's post on page 443, she got her BFP and her OH also has a low sperm count so there is hope. Fingers crossed for you for tomorrow x
