Trying for a Baby part 5....

hi, been trying since end of april which isnt a long time but i cant think of nothing else but getting pregnant and its doing my head in..... we are not testing temps or anything like that we are just bding every other day. I thought i was pregnant as my AF was late i tested 7 days after it was due and BFN then i AF showed 12 days late which means my cycles have changed from 26 days to 38 which im not happy about. I came off the pill in nov so thought my body would be back to normal now and its just playing game - has anyone got any advice how i can take my mind off wanting to be pregnant as its just taking over everything now!! Thanks

Hi ilove no advice, but welcome. People seem to get pregnant when they have just embarked on a big expensive project having given up hope!

Don't know which CD but meeting myself coming back, no time to even POAS!

You really need to keep yourself occupied with other activities cos you have to keep it in perspective, yes it is hugely important but it shouldn't be everything that matters in your life. I do sports coaching for example and I am responsible for the development of my own group of children - it is so engrossing that I forget about babies for an hour or two, and I do really enjoy it so it makes me feel good, especially when I see results.

Thanks! Not new no, but the seller said she was going to reset it before she sent it out. Just checking with OH on the battery front

She was selling it because she bought it and then got pregnant before she'd used it so hoping it's going to be good luck!

I love - Waterbaby is right. You just have to find something to do or occupy your mind - easier said than done I know :cool:

They say men think of bding every 3 seconds - us TTC women think of bding at the right time every 3 seconds :rotfl: or maybe thats just me

The major thing thats keeping me occupied at the mo is getting rid of my debt and junk in the house. It does keep me sane to a certain extent. When AF arrives i think that at least i'll be a month closer to debt and junk free (hope that makes sense)

Hi everyone, my af seems to be slowing right down already so I hope that's not a bad sign? I've stopped all pains so I'm pleased with that. Even more pleased that the weekend is looming :T. The weekend has more decorating and organising for me but I'm really looking forward to getting it all sorted.

To inspire you all . . . one of my friends took approx 5 years and lots of IVF (nhs and private) to get pregnant. She's got a lovely little 2 year old now. Anyway, she's just found out that she's preg again and this time she wasn't even actively trying. She was told she only had a tiny chance of ever getting preg so it goes to show . . . . Oh and she's 37 years old.

Sorry to whoever got caught by the witch - sorry I can't remember.

Hi all, just a quickie to say hi and i havent forgot you all, just been mad busy with work, well im on the dreaded wait for AF to arrive so i can get started with my CBFM!!! :DDue on next week so hopefully can get started, been struggling the last few days as my friend has announced she is pregnant, she said she was gonna beat me at gettin pregnant, which is silly as she has a 6 month old little girl now and 3 older ones too :eek::eek:but there ya go thats life i suppose! I am pleased for her just find it hard when im still trying and getting nowhere!:(

I really do hope im one of the next batch of BFPs 13 months now 10 of which have been actively trying.

Bding every other of high days and second peak - way to tired on first one but had already bd the day before. Also ecwm on 2nd peak so fingers crossed.

I give up on SS now. Way to similar to AF - DH thinks somethings up though :rotfl: in his words im nesting :cool: Not normally a tidy person but the last wk and a half ive been cleaning and sorting mad :T

I put it down to not having a car and being bored. Think DH puts it down to hitting the jackpot - lets hope hes right

I'm on CD 28 but boobs have stopped hurting, but mood swings are horrendous, go from laughing and being silly, to wanting to cry. Am so miserable, doesn't help that OH is away, have been ttc for nearly ten months (I know it isn't as long as some of you lovelies) I just get so depressed when I know AF is coming and that there is very little I can do about it. Didn't realise how much the pill had stopped my PMT, seriously am struggling to live with it, just really hate everyone!!!!!!! Just crept over to the trying for 12months + thread just to see what it was like as am nearly at that point and my goodness it was scary!! I read the first few posts and everyone once they were tested has had something wrong with their baby making stuffs!!! I don't want that to happen to me..... but me and OH are getting to the point of needing to be checked....... aaahhhh am hating this. And a girl at work has just announced she's pg too, everyone around me seems to be getting pg or having babies, sometimes it just seems so unfair..... sorry I know that sounds childish, I just feel really sad for me and OH (.
