Glad you liked the piccie. I'm always the one buying the mad cap doggie things. We really didn't get on with the gro bag, or the dog crate, or the bark stop machine........we don't have much patience reallyI think the dg bag is a good idea if you have a pooch who sits still nicely. Mine hates being wet, so as soon as he's indoors he's running round like a mad man trying to get dry any way possible
MV - How are you hon? Haven't spoken in ages! How's bump. I think I'll have a look at my payslip tomorrow then bring it up. I gave them my P45 so they should have the correct tax code et al.
Hippobag - Welcome to the thread. All questions ar welcome - no matter how much TMI! There's a link on the first post on the first page which details all the TTC abbv. Re the OPK (Ov Predictor Kits), there are so many out there. Some buy IC (internet cheapies) as that's true MSE style. But these ones have the 2 lines - 2 lines at the same time mean ov time. But sometimes trying to figure out a line can make you go stir crazy! When I used OPKs I used the digital Clearblue ones, which give you a smiley face when it's ov time. Then you know for sure! Although they are pricier (c. £20 per 20 I think). Like Saraht, I now use a CBFM, but no joy yet!
Missymoo - Fingers crossed AF stays away
Quick question - Is an 11 hour daytime flight actually as bad as it sounds?

Sammy_Girl wrote: »GTS - Thanks for the list. Is it me or did it get really long at one point and now it's gone really short again! We must all be syncing our cycles!
Think you are right about us syncing - there are always little groups days apart so the list gets cut down at certain times quickly. Fingers crossed for everyone testing next wk (inc me)Metranil_Vavin wrote: »Sammy - I'd recommend you let your HR dept know asap. They'll work it out sooner or later, so best get it sorted whilst you have the £££ in your account.
I was going to say spend it quick  but think MV's response is better sadly! At least they know you are honest (or hopefully the pay is better than you thoughtHi Ladies,
I've been reading all the baby making threads for a while now, as well as trying to make a baby obviously. I hope some of you can help me out here, ovulation testing kits, which are the best, most accurate etc?
The only ones i tried were the cheapies and they were sooo hard to read I gave up. Im now also one of the CBFM gang but only after 11 months of trying did i buy one. Got one week left of my second cycle using it! Good luck xxx
Sarah T - Congrats hun - always nice to hear a success story :j
Sammy - mmm 11 hr day flight  I suppose you can have a sleep and catch up on some reading and films
Going home time now for me  (cups of tea rather than alcohol though lol)
Sticky baby dust to all xxxxxx0 -
I'm ok thanks Sammy...bimmbling along, no news really
How is the new job going? Are you enjoying it?
Where will you be flying to? It more depends on the time zone. For example South Africa is a 12 hour flight, but the time difference is only +1 hour, so its not too horrendous.
Are you going somewhere nice on holiday?Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
Thanks for all the responses I've had so far, I knew you'd all be really helpful. You all seem really knowledgeable, the internet has been helpful but also overwhelming with so much info to trawl through. I'll be sure to stick around but hopefully (for the nicest of reasons) not too long!0

Hi gang, hope you're all well. I can't post during the day and I get soooo left behind. Nice to hear you're so chatty although it's a nightmare to keep up wtih
.
It seems like a fair few of us are early into the new month so hopefully we'll get a huge wave of BFPs together.
I promise, I have read back but again my useless excue of a memory has failed me! Missy, you're not far behind me and I suffered with moods too. DHs are there for our strops!!
EA - when will you know if you're house is defo sorted? Fingers crossed for an easy move. Having just done it myself, I don't envy you, esp with a baby.
Pebbles - yay for EWCM - you can't believe you said that but I can't beleive I'm jealous :rotfl:!!
Sammy - of course you were missed!
V V V V sorry for everyone I've not mentioned and to those I got confused about.
I looked at getting EPO today but every type I looked at said not to take it if TTC - what do you reckon?

Job's going well thanks - it's a busy place so at least the time whizzes by. Can't come online though, so miss out on the daytime ttc chat!
I'm sure SK will come on and slap my wrists (:p), but yes I am going somewhere nice on hols - LA. But the flights are putting me offIt's all MSE though - accommodation is sorted, I just need to find a decent deal on flights which is proving v difficult!
Anyways, enough of me moaning - I'm off to wash up and hit the hay. Good night lovely ladiesx

Also slight red tiinge tonight so looks like the witch is on her way
Evenn though i have been feeling down i have been reading but just not posting as i have been in agony with chest pains too from my panic attacks

maria932, I don't know anything about this, but since you already have a child, perhaps IVF will work for you even though it didn't work for his ex?
We missed you Sammy! Sorry AF caught you. Seems a lot of us have synced cycles:D
Murray, it was a fertility specialist doc.gettingthereslowly wrote: »Quaver - Step away from googleIt can sometimes be a great source of info but also your worst enemy as it always tells you the worst.

Hi and welcome Hippopig:wave: Like sarah says, a lot of us have bought Clearblue fertility monitors (CBFM) since unlike normal ovulation kits, it measures estrogen as well as LH:) You can sell it on ebay when you've finished with it to get some of your money back. It'll take away a lot of stress, and may get you pg quicker thus saving on wasted pregnancy tests and pg vitamins:cool:
Sammy, 11 hour daytime flight is bad. But it depends on the person. DH hates it, he prefers night flights, I don't mind.
I don't try to sleep, I only sleep if I'm sleepy. Watching inflight tv is a good idea:D
I always take the inflatable pillow, but DH hates it. We both like aisle seats so we can walk about whenever we like;) (Obviously, if we are travelling together, only one of us will have the aisle:D).
Sorry to hear about your boobs Bigsister, also sorry about the witch arriving, but I bet the boobs will be back to normal if she arrives:)
Obviously if you are pg, boobs will be untouchable:D
Femme, good on you for waiting to test after AF due date:T0 -
Morning ladies. I'm off for my flight in an hour or so so won't be back til tomorrow. Went to see Whitney Houston last night...don't bother. She was rubbish. Yes she can sing but she didn't...she's off her rocker.
CD9 for me. The CBFM has asked me to POAS so I'm ignoring it until Sat / CD11 as I can't be bothered to take it as I'm carrying on. Plus, I've OV'd on CD19 ish plus DH is away til tomorrow too so it's not like I'm going to make the most of it.
Better dash before I forget something like my passport!
