Don't worry Lemon, my thermometer says Lo when I turn it on and has done since the day I bought it. I did think batteries then read the instructions and it's meant to. Does yours beep when it's ready?

Maybe we have the same one, and yes mine does bleep once it thinks i'm cooked :)
I shall get this worry out of my head i think, the only reason i'm worrying is that my temps are always in the low 96. somethings which i didn't think was 'normal'

i've been temping for a while now and i'm worried that my thermometer isn't working properly. It was one from amazon and not all that expensive. Every time i use it it ends up saying Lo and i'm not sure if that's my temp or the battery. I've just changed the latter and it's still saying the same thing. Where would be the best place to get one from do you think?

Mine also says Lo. Actually mine first displays the last temperature, some other temperature and then says Lo. It's not till it says Lo that I put it in my mouth and leave until it beeps. I would suggest trying vaginally if you think your temps are wrong.

I'm sure I've told you this before...but maybe you missed it.

Look on Fertility Friend. Go to Charts. Search Charts. Pick Category Pregnancy. Pick With Low Post-O BBT and/or Low pre-O BBT.

You will see plenty of pregnant charts with temps of 96 :)

Can you see a clear shift in temps when you ovulate?

thanks giz i probably did miss it.
I don't particularly see a clear shift as i often have a couple of jumps days apart in my chart, it often resembles a weirdly fonted W.

Only if you have irregular periods or short luteal phase.
They recommend B complex because it is better to take other Vit Bs at the same time.

Also get something with 100mg of Vit B6. Some only have 10mg.
The one I bought is 50mg, so have to take two...
