Trying for a Baby part 5....

Evening everyone,
Congratulations oxclairexo! I am insanely jealous though :rotfl:
I am a bit confused tonight because I am on day 10 of a regular 24 day cycle and there appears to be no LH going on. In Feb and April (the only times I OPK'd) it was here by now.
My natural cycle was always 30/31 days until I came off the pill for the second time when it became for 24 for some reason. I asked the GP who said that was no issue but he asked if they were regular as then I was ovulating. Please don't let me have returned to the 30/31 days! _pale_ I get 3 extra chances per year on 24 days!!!
I'm sure it will be here tomorrow. It WILL be here tomorrow.
On another note I had to sign a card for someone in my office who has just had a baby, and smile adoringly at the pictures. I told myself just to get on with it, and it wasn't too bad, though I'd rather have been somewhere else.0 -

With reference to my last post;
Do I trust those sticks and hold off on DTD? Or do I do it and risk tiring him out before the opportune moment! I know what the sensible answer is, I must wait another day. He can manage 3 days in a row but then gets grumpy:rotfl:
I know - I have one Clear Blue digital stick left. I'll check with that.
Good night all - sticky baby dust!0 -
CD1:(
Looking back, I had what I didn't want to believe was ov, with what was unmistakably ewcm. I just didn't want to believe it as ov since OH was away, and last dtd was 6 days prior to 1st day of ewcm (it lasted 2 days), and he was coming back 4 days later:(
Moral of the story, ewcm is unmistakable, stretches miles. Luteal phase has not changed, and thermometer works fine even with air-conditioner;)Evansangel wrote: »Quaver, are you the Quaver on BnB with the same avvy?
There was Evansangel there too, with a cute photo of baby Lily:p
I'm not defecting, it's just that there's lots of members from US there, so I have company while you lot sleep;)0 -
we had a wee barny lady night, well he did and I took the bait. I made amends and being a bloke it won't even affect him now but over-senstive FF is still upset by it. I'll get over it and hopefully by the time he gets home.

Ladies, this whole EWCM being stretchy thing.......
Possibly TMI, but - I don't think mine stretches... It does get creamy/thick and seems to be present mid-month, but I've never been able to stretch it. It does feel rather, um, gushy at some points and fairly sticky and I never really know whether to pick sticky, creamy or watery on Fertily Friend as it could be all 3 sometimes........ I only look in my pants.
I'm particularly bad at drinking enough liquid during the day - does dehydration have an effect on it?
Should I be 'concerned'? (Remember, I'm not yet TTC - just getting ready for Nov-ish when I hope to)0
