Hmmmmmmmm. This is what I have learnt in the past few months:

Implantation bleeding is usually spotting rather than full on AF. And it is usually around 10 days after OV. But I do say usually - as we know anything can happen in the world of TTC! I would prob say that it is your cycles getting back to normal after the coil. If it carries on as a normal AF, then just start as a new cycle.

I wonder if cycles can synchronise online like they can when women live together???!!! Good research project for someone.

That would be good. Then we could all be OV'ing and POAS'ing at the same time lol

At least you don't have to sit through the boredom of the 2ww, and you can get onto the next cycle :j Have you signed up to FertilityFriend to monitor your cycles? FF says AF should come today for me, but no joy

I told DH that we're going for the SMEP plan this month, s he best get his energy levels up lol

It's the Sperm Meets Egg Plan (I think its American lol)

Basically, you BD and start OV sticks on CD8. You then BD every other day until you get a positive on your OPK. Once you get your positive OPK (eg CD13), you then BD every day for 3 days in a row. You then skip a day, and then BD once more, and then let DH collapse in a heap lol

Apparently, it gives the sperm every chance of meeting the egg during the fertile time. It could be a load of horse poo, but I'm willing to give it a shot. Because Im not working at the mo, I told DH I can fit around his schedule (he works nights), so chances are that I'll be BDing super early in the morning, or mid afternoon lol

ETA. Here's a link, although it says to start on CD10. Elsewhere I read CD8, which fits in with me better cos I usually OV on CD12 or thereabouts
