I do keep my toenails nicely painted but before my first reflexology session last week, I buffed all my skin and moisturised them then reflexologist said they look for dry and hard skin to diagnose problems - oops!

Ok, the abbv I can remember off the top of my head are:

AF - Aunty Flow (Period)

BFP - Big Fat Positive (a positive pregnancy test)

BFN - Big Fat Negative (a negative preg test)

BD or DTD - Baby Dance or Do/Did The Dance (Sex)

2WW - Two Week Wait (the two weeks from when you ov'd to when AF is due

OV - Ovulation (when your egg is released)

OPK - Ovulation Predictor Kits (you can use these on a daily basis when AF ends. You POAS and 2 lines will show a positive which means you're ovulating)

POAS or PIAC - Pee On A Stick or Pee In A Cup (when you take a pg or opk test)

I'm sure I'll remember some more. If you don't understand any abbv, just ask.

I make sure my toenails are nicely painted in the summer. When we went to Thailand last SEptember I had a pedicure where they completely remove all your dead skin. They use a type of acid (it isnt painful), and afterwards your feet feel like babies...so soft!

Having said that, I've neglected my feet since then so not a pretty sight right now!

Wish i could try Reflexology,heard it can work wonders,but i have a huge fear of anyone going near my feet(im a bit strange) just cant do it!:(

Today i have been winding myself up thinking i feel sick,and am all bloated,probably just an overload of chocolate but one can hope!!:D

Good morning ladies

I was hoping for some advice, I know I've not been here long so I hope I'm not being cheeky. I don't know when I ovulated this month but AF has been appearing at the start of the month for the past few and hasn't arrived yet.(I think I am at least 14dpo) So... I tested yesterday morning and this morning and got faint positives. But this is exactly what happened in dec which resulted in a m/c. So now I'm really worried that it's going to happen again. Surely the line should be darker when I tested a day later??
