  • confuzzled you sound just like me lol. Just been to my firends wedding at the weekend cried all day lol. I got post wedding blue I think after we got married. Ive done most fo the planning organising, table plan making place cards etc for friends wedding and like you keep trying to convinve all other friends who are not engaged or recently engaged to hurry up hehe. Hubby a postman so weekends would not be good working for us either and I like doing family things on a weekend even if its just staying at home spending time together.
Sounds just like me....I go the post wedding blues too....was a blimmin nightmare, totally didn't know what to do with myself:o I was wandering round the house like a lost soul...DH found it amusing..the tight git:rotfl:

Yeah we did ours coz we got married where we live but all my family had to travel from north-west and DHs family from Dorset!
So annoying when people don't respond....I gave them 2weeks grace then started harrassing them:D Luckily everyone knows how forward I can be so hastily responded:rotfl:

  • Hi ladies,
Just dropping by again to say hi.
Feeling really sickly and odd again today - bleurgh!

Anyway, wanted to let you all know Boots have First Response tests on BOGOF at the min. Both the single and double packs, can't remember the exact cost but think it was about £8 for the single pack, and £10.30 for the double. So £10.30 for 4 first response tests is quite good isnt it?!

BUT - even cheaper, Superdrug have the same offer but only on the double packs, and theirs are only £9.49 per double pack!! Get yourselves down there - pronto! lol :T

Sorry to all you guys who have got AF over to visit.... I think I will be joining you this weekend, but I will test on Sat to see..... At least if she does give me a visit it will mean my cycle is becoming a bit more regular....

And all this talk of weddings, oooooooh, I do love weddings, we have 4 to go to this year. Am so excited... As for ours, hubby planned it all, he didn't even propose until the day before, and then we got married the next day - I didn't have a clue!! It was such a surprise and it was wonderful :)

Anyway, work calls, love to all

    A xx

    Afternoon lovely ladies :)

All this wedding talk is making me want to get married again! Well at least it might give me the incentive to get my wedding album ordered!

Not much to report here. CD17 for me, and SS'ing any twinges I get like some kind of crazy lady. Going to try and take my mind of it and do a list of all the stuff that needs doing around the house and garden. And then hand the list to DH :rotfl:

Hugs and sticky baby dust to all x

been engaged in the past and broke it off cause i didnt want to get married (i may have said yes cause i didnt know how to say no) *dontknow*
but the thought of me in a big white dress makes me feel sick to be fair and people taking photos and everyone wanting to talk to me urgh no thanks
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?

Ahh, love you Phunkles. But you don't have to have the big white wedding. It could be a small intimate do, even just the 2 of you in Las Vegas if it takes your fancy! Its all about the love and committment. Planning a big wedding can be very stressful, and it kind of runs away with you. Trust me I know. You really don't want to hear about the chinese wish lanterns fiasco at my wedding :rotfl: Oooh, I still cringe when I think about it! I think if we did it over again, we would do some things differently. But I did love my wedding and enjoy looking at the dvd and piccies.

Just been updating my CV for like the billionth time since I lost my job. Might just get a cup of tea and then crack on applying for some more jobs. *sigh*

Hugs and sticky baby dust to all x

ETA: did anyone watch One Born Every Minute on C4 last night?? Crikey, that young girl wasn't half feeling it ????? And the lady and her pillows :rotfl:

I have an application form that needs filling in but cant be bothered lol

i didnt watch one born every minute because im a wimp and dont want to see it really
