White fillings?

Hey, I went to the dentist for the first time since 2002 there and she said I needed 2 white fillings, please advise are these sore?

White fillings often need some 'adjusting' after you've had them as it is hard to tell, at the time, if it feels 'right' in your mouth (because it's usually numb at this point).

I believe (correct me if I am wrong) also, that amalgam fillings are also a little 'softer' to begin with (before setting hard) and so they are more easily 'moulded' by eating etc.

I'm glad yours is all sorted now.
