Sat in the garden yesterday and got some sun to my back, went a bit pink. Put some sudocrem on it and its looking very good at the moment! Clearing up, fingers crossed it stays like it!

I need to go back to the Dr's to get some more of the lotion, can I ask for her to give me more than one bottle of the stuff? As it doesn't last long.

No harm in asking, they can only say no

Separate note - you only have £5000 in you sig for you ISA, this years limit is £5100, well done for reaching £3K
    Mortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0
    ISA challenge start 2019 £3000/£1500 (50%)

Thank you, I am hoping for £6000 now, but don't want to push it too much as my original target was only £3500 for the year. Will change my sig to £5100 as I didn't know that it had!

I want to get some of that, but where, do you know?

I know for a fact that my local £1 store sells that. It helps with relieving aches and pains and also stress so it may indirectly help with the acne, I can't speak for myself as I haven't tried it.

I has awful acne as a teenager on my face and back. Things i found that helped as well as the topical solution and Dianette which cleared it up in the end: Sulpher tablets from the chemist, if you have long hair tie it up at bed time on top of your head and use Cuticura Soap.

I have come off the tablets and havent used the back stuff for awhile and 99% spot free. Had a few come up on my face since coming off the tablets but they are nothing, easily covered. Feels sooo much better, just hope they dont return. Getting more air to my back has cured them along with a bit of sun and that stuff to dry them out.
