MONEY MORAL DILEMMA: Would you give debt collectors someone's address?

If I was being pestered by debt collectors who thought I was someone else then yes, I`d tell them where the debtor lived.0

Would you give debt collectors someone's address?
You've just moved into a new rental property, and note a steam of debt letters for the previous tenant, threatening legal action from utility companies, parking tickets and more. You're worried bailiffs may turn up. Through friends of friends you know you can get the prior tenant's address. Would you pass them on to the debt collectors or just write 'return to sender'?

I passed on the address after a year of "Return to Sender" because I was given the date that the bailiffs were coming to the property.
It is not nice being afraid to answer your own door.0 -
No, I wouldn't. I'd return the letters to sender - with no stamp so THEY would have to pay for the postage!0

No I wouldn't. The debtors don't care if you've told them the previous tenants have moved on, so treat them as they've treated you. We had a company called Welcome Finance ignoring our returns so we ended up ringing them to get them to stop.Boris Johnson voted against Brexit in the Commons, all to become leader of the Conservative Party. Fall for it and you deserve everything you get.0

I used to get a fair amount of post for previous tenents of a property I rented and I got into the routine of putting a "not known at this address" sticker over my address and dropping it back in the post. The first time I did it I made the mistake of not covering my address and some unobservant postal staff managed to return it to me despite the big sticker above the address.
I had some where they removed the stickers then reposted them through my door lol. scribbled angrily that had already asked to return to sender once so could they please do it lol!!!0
