Well given plenty of people come here to discuss that plainly is not the case.
If you do not like the board or feel it serves no purpose you can, of course, depart.
As for the others who moan about the level and standard of debate please do not moan. Can I suggest you do something about it and try to raise the level of debate and ignore the obvious trolling/flamebait.

People change... yes I was hoping, praying for a crash.... and yea i said stupid things a few times.
There was a crash... theres been a small fall overall and my deposit rose.. i can afford to buy a nice house now but dont feel the need to as of yet.
Point still remains this board resembles a person with insanity... its over-filled and over-posted by one side of the argument to the point the debate area is 90% bull.... bull sh it.
