    You are unbelievable!

    If you worked customer service then you'd know fine well that the branch can only arrange a home visit for you if the branch itself, or you agree to pay the call out charge.

    I can't see any reason for them to do so, considering that they have no reason to even suspect a fault exists.

    I cannot understand why you'd be asking for advice on DSGi policies then suddenly reveal that you worked for them in customer service!

    Then you ask where you could get a stand for a DSGi TV, I tell you the only place such a stand could be sourced new and you then decide to tell us you've tried there?!

    BTW, it's not that I have a particularly high regard for DSGi store staff but when did they start employing illiterate people?
