Doesn't work for us get all the way through the process, press select to go online and comes up with message saying 'check line is connected and not in use' press green button to continue and it reverts to press selct to go online etc. ???I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0

LG, it could be that your modem is u/s. We had a thunderstorm about a month ago and it frazzled our modem in the sky box. They came out and changed the box over.
Try connecting a phone to the line that the sky box is in, if there is a tone, then check the cables from the line to your box. If all that is ok, then the box is faulty.0 -

Thanks windym - found that it was the original lead to Sky box not working - replaced with spare and went through process - connected and finally got message saying that your transaction had been successfully completed. Fingers crossed - I'm guessing the lead never worked and has been there for years!I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0 -

Kept coming up with the same message for me so I took the sky card out and tried it without it. This came up with a different error message but when I put my card back in again, it worked.0 -

Try this: remove your micro filter (for broadband) if you have one, and connect the line directly from the socket to the sky box. Just tried it and it worked first time.
