Does anybody have any idea as to the best number to contact $ky on to arrange a replacement.

The only contact info with it was the return address.

Q. Nothing happens when I press a button on the Sky Navigator.
A. You should check the LED flashes when any button is pressed. If not, please check the battery tabs have been removed. If so you may need to change the batteries. If the problem is still not resolved please call 08705 741 147

Didn't work for the fist time "check phone connection" error, but the order went fine on the second try !!

Hi,Following the instructions on this thread, OH ordered a sky navigator. However, OH said wasn't prompted for a delivery address. Does Sky know the address when you use the Interative menu options?Thanks.
