i have just gone through the menus on screen and found the navigator box, but it says £19.99, has the offer ended? if so what exactly did i miss. i understand its a spare box but is there anything else. am currently paying £57 a month and also wndered if others are paying similar as i hope i am not paying above the odds as it seems very high. i have sky movies, no sports. i also have sky plus. i have 2 boxes does this sound about right???

Did you follow the instructions here -

Go Interactive>SkyActive>Info and Services (bottom right box)...wait...bottom right you should see "press 2 Get a Sky Navigator

If you looked under Sky products>More Sky products they are showing as £19.99.

my orchid dialler was set up to bar premium rate numbers by default - changed the routing table and was able to order the navigator. great spot, thanks!
