Call MS and ask them to fix it. Can be done over the phone. It's probably been reinstalled using a disk that doesnt belong to it.

did call them and they said either ibm had put a trail version or they have included a cd which got a activation key
on my last toshiba i only got the vista cd and the microsoft works cd so i may need to buy a word cd.. !!!!!! a brand new computer comming without a word installed
to me it looks like the word document software i had on toshiba so will look around or buy one

MS are doing a beta version of Office 10. It'll work until October this year. Might be worth a tilt, but I don't have a link, though a Google will bring it up.:cool:0

now, this is stupid...... bought microsoft software online... arrived today and guess what.. the computer is not asking anymore for product key.... i havent loaded the software yet
did it get scared of it or what?0
