    Hi,
Can I have a star please.
completed all three levels which was afeat as had to wait for dh to come home and fix hoover. Extras done were de fluffing fire, washing, hh1, bathroom and kit s and s.
Normally I always seem to be getting nowhere and keep saying I will do room by room and then a few other bits and having this thread really works. It also helps with remembering things.

Work is now finished for the day... I don't have to go into the office tomorrow after all which is a relief.

Still lots to do to prepare for the weekend, but I'm sure I'll get there. Not much more progress made in the study, but I'm pretty confident I'll get it sorted tomorrow.

I'd better go and clear up the kitchen and make my bed...

ETA ... jinky, if you're reading this... we can post the lists for you on FB if you like. I can quite see why you don't want to come back to MSE for the moment ((((hugs)))

    Thursday ~ Bathroom & Toilet
    Level One..
    Level Two
    Level Three

    Extras

    Monday ~ Kiddies rooms/Spare rooms/Additional reception rooms
    Level One
    Level Two
Clear out a whole cupboard.. clothes, toys or just junk.. whichever needs it most! - did this recently so will declutter some of the toys from the kids' toys chest of drawers in the lounge instead if that's OK
Wash 2 windows - done indoors of both kids windows (3), but need DH to show me how to 'unlock' the window to do outside - I can't remember d'oh! Won't be able to do this as catch is tricky and DH needs to do - he works all week so I can't complete it :(
    Level Three
    Extras

My extras (apart from daily jobs):
Get DH to sort through piles of paper everywhere that I can sort and start to file
    Take plastics for recycling
    Clean out cutlery drawer (yuk)
Sort through kitchen drawers and get rid of stuff
Clean French doors to room no-one enters as full of DH's carp

    MACAW
Make sure washing up is done after tea each night
[STRIKE]M[/STRIKE] - all done, worktops cleaned, sink shone and hob cleaned - all thanks to Star Drops! [STRIKE]T[/STRIKE] [STRIKE] W[/STRIKE] T F S S

Jinky, I don't know the background, but don't take any notice whatsoever of what anyone else on MSE has said - you stay here my love. Blooming people - they're soooo rude and don't think of how their words may hurt someone. Big hugs xx

Lamewolf, don't put off the smear test - it really isn't so bad you know. I see I'm not the only one who feels you should go and we'll keep on at you until you do .. only because we care

Valli, you made me laugh with your little story re the smear - they are ALWAYS cold so it must have come as such a surprise :rotfl:

Pigpen, hope you feel better soon, sounds really horrible.

I'm off to bed ... there's a row brewing as DH expects me to drop DS at pre--school on Friday morning (12.2, not day after tomorrow), drive all the way to Heathrow to pick him up from a flight from America to do with work and drive all the way back home. Who's going to get DS? What about if the flight gets delayed? Plus a big bit is I haven't driven a long way for an absolute age; the furthest I go is probably only 4 miles or so :o. The best bit is work will pay for him to have a taxi to bring him back but he wants £60 in his pocket (that's the mileage allowance but it's me who'll do the driving cos he's had a long flight). NO way am I doing it and I won't back down. No way is he getting a taxi (he says), so it'll be interesting to see how he gets home.

Sorry, rant over :o. Goodnight all my lovely Flylady friends and see you tomorrow. Hugs to all.

Jinky - hugs sweetie, don't leave, just leave the arms. We need you and you're a 'proper flylady' now - come back!

Rose - Dusty's top tip for smear tests - do not clench your teeth, open your mouth slightly (yes I know you and everybody else who is reading is practising this now - can you feel the connection?)

Bree - glad nobody was hurt, stressful day x

There is a high possibility that I will not be able to use my arms in the morning which could be interesting.

LL - hugs sweetie for being you x

WM finished so I can put that lot on the airer and reload

    I hate peeling tatties.

Then dont - just wash them and chop up as usual. (Unless you are mashing them of course). The vitamin C is most concentrated just under the skin, so peeling them depletes them of nutrients.

OK biology/cookery lesson over for today :D
