    Hi all,
I am having severe internet connection problems and so haven't been able to post since Wednesday. However, i am still FLYing (although not as enthusiastically without your support) and would love to be counted in for next weeks thread. Hopefully DH will pick up a new router and I will be able to access the lists. Until then:

:oApologies to anybody who I should have replied to but haven't.
:grouphug:Hugs to anybody who needs them.
:D Well done to those who have managed to FLY - even if it was a brief flutter
:TAnd thank you to all who organise and contribute either in posts or wishes.

Yay! I've finished all of my writing assessments and had a declutter and file of my assessment file, so it's all tidy, and I can order file dividers at school tomorrow to keep it that way.

OH kindly cooked dinner whilst I did that and I'm off to declutter a creme caramel now (hope it helps my throat, as I've been coughing lots today and my voice is ever so croaky, and I've got parents evening Tuesday 4.30-7.30pm and Wednesday 3.30-5.30pm).

Loads to do at school tomorrow - got to go through all of our planning and look at what resources we need to order for the rest of the term, as we're not allowed to order anything after February 5th.

Will be taking one of my sleeping tablets tonight before I go to sleep, so hopefully I'll sleep through the night and won't be so shattered during the day.

Probably won't be on the thread again until next weekend, so hugs and happy birthdays and good lucks where appropriate.

Hope everyone had a good week.

    sexymouse xx

  • Thanks to all of you for your kind words, i'm really thankful for it.

Still waiting for DH to get home so I can have a tear :o

I know how clean it is to how we have been in the past - I can smell the bleach on my hands still - and that's after a bath :rotfl:

I love the lists given and the levels - I haven't even been tempted to cheat and miss something out or say that I have done something when I haven't - i've turned a corner. I never thought I would spend my Sunday up the ladders cleaning over the tops of door frames and such like.

You are all really a lovely kind bunch and I am so glad I found this place, I too will be a domestic godess - regardless of who around me thinks what, so long as I am happy and DH stops sneezing :p

This is Soappie by the way...

Defo Keifer - and his Dad Donald! ;)

Whoever mentioned Eddie Izzard - I once had the privilege (?) of sitting at a table next to him when eating out at a restaurant on Theberton Street, Islington a few years ago. The lipstick he was wearing put me off him somewhat...

Since the last post I managed to do a few bits:
    WM on
    DW on
went out for Diesel and bread from the small Mr T because we were too late for Mr M
decluttered sack of Bob the Builder toys to freecycler (videos and slippers to be collected tomorrow night)
cooked roast dinner with defrosted left over roast pork (yorkshire pudds are getting more edible each time :))
did lots of first stage filing (labeled hanging files and pre-sorted the first mountain of paperwork in correct files - will need to organise stuff within files next)

    MACAW:
Drink enough water - no, not done that :(

    5-a-week challenge
find instructions for gas fire :j I can now get it fixed and have a warmer LR!
get e-mail for the guy who caused the accident and send him the quote - his son said that he doesn't have an e-mail address, so will have to print it at work and post it
advertise stuff on freegle/local free ads - all the freegle stuff spoken for, but no response to free ads yet
    finish DH's tax return
    sort new TD

    Left to do tonight:
empty DW and WM, put washing on airer
shoo DS1 to bed at a reasonable time after sorting his dinner money
    sort clothes for tomorrow
    SCHOOL WORK

Help, please. I haven't organised my paperwork for ages and I'm not sure how long to keep things for (e.g. bank statements). A friend told me that he only keeps last year's, but after my mum died, I was told to keep anything important for 10 years. I'm confused.

Will see you all on the new thread, but I'll check this one tomorrow, in case anyone has an answer to my question on her. Or pm me, if that's ok.
