Pizza. I've been using the base from this recipe for a while now and it's very good and very easy (plus quick) to make:

Ben, OH is the pizza maker in our house. He uses that base and tonight he tried using it for Calzones for the first time! I was sceptical b/c its quite thin, but they came out great. We ate two and we have two for our packed lunch tomorrow to eat cold.0

When the oven is on for lunch I'm going to make apple flapjacks and probably a banana cake as I have 3 dead bananas.
Did strawberry muffins too, for the lunchbox freezer. Didn't have enough golden syrup for the flapjacks so used half treacle and they look quite gorgeous, hope they taste the same!0 -

Showed eldest how to make a banana loaf using one of Sainsbury's leaflets - it's really a cake but uses a loaf tin. Then another adding chopped toffees on top - needs care as they explode & dribble over like lava0 -
