How about if I told you i've seen one dated (wait for it): 01 April 1998....

The date is no 'pun' either, funnily enough! :p

That doesn't suprise me. I have sene them even later. Some of the Priority Apps dont even have the alleged CCA on the left, just general T&Cs about data information and a tick box for PPC!

Edit: I either need to drink more or get a new keyboard - one of them is a problem
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

If I recall the worse ones ever were the Associates (they had a gold card in the 90's)..... they didn't even send any paperwork, one day I got in from a holiday to Jamaica (1997 ish) to find a gold card and a cheque for £5k from them.... apr was around 11% and card limit was around £10k... madness the rate they threw money about, didn't last too long wither if I recall lol :rotfl:

    Sorry, yes.

    So you should be:p:D

Interesting document - and fond memories of several application forms that I handled. Didn't realise MBNA had been so poor for so long.

I forgot you work for MBNA! I still need you to sort me an account mate - you must be able to pull some strings for my beloved Rangers Card :D (how much - just hit me with it lol)

Funnily enough thats the one thing they are quite hot on - altering/upping limits on cards - wish I could, would do my own (not a good idea as some have found out - silly people)

Oh, and just a query - are you too :o to put Queens Park at the front of Rangers?:D

  • Does anyone know what Egg were doing circa 3rd quarter 1999 with regard to paperwork ? I know my limit just popped up on screen. Not sure there ever was any paperwork ?
