fay, I've decided to go for 10AF as a target for February with a meet it and (hopefully) beat it plan.

This thread has helped me so much to cut down in the past year. I'm pleased with 10AF days a month but would be more pleased with nudging 15.

I posted a few weeks ago that I had got into the habit of drinking every night to give me downtime when I had a very stressful job. I gave that up 4 years ago but the habit stayed. At that time I virually never went out socially during the week and even weekends away were difficult as work just took over my life. Now I have more time to myself I want to accept weekday invitations so won't commit to only drinking at weekends. Sorry to ramble but I'm getting my own head clear

Well done everyone who's been happy with their January totals :T There are some great scores on here. IM is having her charm (sounds lovely, hope DD is OK?). Anyone else treating themselves with the money saved?
