    Feeling a bit jittery tonight. I'm in court tomorrow as a prosecution witness for an assault (not on me, not on a blue whale, but a friend of mine). Not normally one for being scared but am for tomorrow...mind you it will be worse for her.

    Good luck, PBT. Remember to speak clearly, talk to the judge & jury (not the nasty Defence people) & only answer a direct question. Don't let Defence trap you into speaking when you don't need to - they are sneaky like that.

    It's really good of you to go - I know people who are too scared of courts to ever testify about anything.

  • Hi everyone - back home now and reporting a grand final total of 29/31 for January please HB. I'm absolutely made up, feel like I can take or leave booze now. Had two small glasses of wine last night cos I wanted to celebrate having such a great day. Paul McKenna's weight loss event was absolutely fabulous - can't recommend it highly enough. I enjoyed every minute and feel like I can follow his advice and sort my yo-yo-ing weight once and for all. Haven't had chance to catch up yet on everyone's news so hope your visitors have gone again, HB, and hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. Bye for now xx

    Yeah, Mr HB's gone home :( :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Oh ok, yes, the mice...still around, sadly. It looks like they'e in the block of flats & getting into mine from someone else's, as opposed to into mine from the outside world. The council are going to make further checks & surveys, so I just have to stick it out for the time being *sigh*

    Bathtime now :D
