    went to bodybalance

    went to supermarket

    got a treat

box of blueberries :) £2.99 (OMG!!!) but I fancied a 'treat' and normally that would have been wine - but I'm trying to 'rethink' my treats - as I don't like sweetstuff and chocolate - I love fruit etc

So just stuffed myself with a box of blueberries and then two shredded wheat :)

Feeling quite a bit nervous, about starting this voluntary work at the homeless drop in centre tomorrow :-/

Silly really, as I know most of the blokes there, and they are a sound crowd.

Just very worried that I won't fit in, or won't be liked..

Always felt like that. Probably why I drank!

Am determined to face FEAR though - False Evidence Appearing Real and Face Everything And Recover :-)

Feel like I'm stepping out into the
big scary World again, but this time, sober. A strange feeling!

    Sleep well guys.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Good luck for today Sim :)

Know what you mean about being exhausted Jo. Lay in for me tomorrow until about 7am as I have been getting up at 5 for the last 4 mornings :(

Have a good one everyone ;)
  • Mornign YM - look after yourself

I am cream crackered - I always sleep deepily when not drinking and I just cannot wake up - I know it sounds lame it was one of the reasons I'd justify my drinking as I'd be able to bounce out of bed in the mornings

Now I realise this is because your sleep is all broken.

I'm always trying to figure a way to be a 'morning' person but I just can't seem to figure that out

    Anyway enough me me me

I hope things are OK today Jo - Sim - goodluck and waves a big hello to everyone else

Its VERY cold here - VERY cold!!
