3 years in June I think *confused*

Just trying to compare your stopping smoking with the drinking thing. It's my biggest demon, just wondered if you are on your guard about never having another another puff, or is it 'easy'.

Plus you are being extremely vague about what time dessert is....

smoking no longer bothers me, it smells, I used to smell. Plus to light up now would give me a sore throat.

Dessert will be after pie obviously ;)

Hello again. Have just caught up with the thread after being away for easter. I now really fancy a huge sticky sweet dessert and I haven't even had dinner yet!
I have had a bit of a disasterous start to the month and have drunk on three days so far - bang goes my target. I didn't drink a huge amount on any of the days. What is it that GC says about changing targets to fit the drinking?
So I shall judt start over again....

Mollypolly, I remember you posting and stopping drinking two years ago (I had a different username). wish I had joined you then! Two years is fantastic
    Trying to keep in budget.
