Walking is fantastic exercise....I aways take a camera & go places that have stunning scenery. My target this weekend was 10 miles for the weekend & I have done 11.5 so I am a happy easter bunny.
Get a pedometer & work out how many steps you do to the mile & you will be surprised how many miles you walk a week without realising. I average 15 miles in everyday stuff a week.....plus 2 or 3 short walks to get fresh air & see different places.0 -

. I do know when I play Golf we can do 12,000-14,000 steps but that is on a mobile phone Ped and I do Zig Zag a bit when golfing.
Not very often I go straight
Loking forward to getting out and about instead of sat on my backside0
