    Hi Ange

Is it easier when you are asleep :D

Just asking as I am going to take up the walking malarky soon and have a few routes mapped out.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: the `L` key on this keyboard is playing up !

Walking is fantastic exercise....I aways take a camera & go places that have stunning scenery. My target this weekend was 10 miles for the weekend & I have done 11.5 so I am a happy easter bunny.

Get a pedometer & work out how many steps you do to the mile & you will be surprised how many miles you walk a week without realising. I average 15 miles in everyday stuff a week.....plus 2 or 3 short walks to get fresh air & see different places.

I`d love to live down south.....maybe I will try it one day. Depends if I take up my old career again.

It can be grim up t`north but the peak district is just stunning...even in the rain & snow!

    Thanks Ange

I have done a 2.5 miler :o I know but small steps ;). I do know when I play Golf we can do 12,000-14,000 steps but that is on a mobile phone Ped and I do Zig Zag a bit when golfing.

Not very often I go straight :p

Loking forward to getting out and about instead of sat on my backside :)
