It can be grim up t`north but the peak district is just stunning...even in the rain & snow!

It's my old neck of the woods but I had to do the !!!!!!* Whittington thing & see if the streets of London were paved with gold :D

Am sure I will end up back tho :)

*can't believe this got passed the filter!

    Thanks Ange

I have done a 2.5 miler :o I know but small steps ;). I do know when I play Golf we can do 12,000-14,000 steps but that is on a mobile phone Ped and I do Zig Zag a bit when golfing.

Not very often I go straight :p

Loking forward to getting out and about instead of sat on my backside :)

2500-3000 steps will be a mile average so you do a good few miles when you chase that little white ball around a few fields.

2.5 miles is a good walk...I mostly do between 2-5 miles 3 times a week....its my relaxing/thinking time. ( I have a lot to think/worry about at the moment so I need the solitude & to escape).

Am watching the Comedy Gala on C4 but unfortunately I loathe Jonathan Ross & am finding the whole thing is going downhill the longer he's on...

    Think it's bedtime...
