I have done a 2.5 milerI know but small steps
. I do know when I play Golf we can do 12,000-14,000 steps but that is on a mobile phone Ped and I do Zig Zag a bit when golfing.
Not very often I go straight
Loking forward to getting out and about instead of sat on my backside
2500-3000 steps will be a mile average so you do a good few miles when you chase that little white ball around a few fields.
2.5 miles is a good walk...I mostly do between 2-5 miles 3 times a week....its my relaxing/thinking time. ( I have a lot to think/worry about at the moment so I need the solitude & to escape).0 -
