    Mr Jo asked me if I cancelled the hairdressers *shrugs*

    My 'silver' strands are now gone for a start!!!

    Plus I had a trim *double shrugs*

    Deffo red Jo, my hair is growing silver slices all over as due to my eczema I haven't dyed it now for 3mths.

    Tempted to have a go this weekend..........will see how the eczema is this weekend as it is playing up again on my eyes.....

    Not so bored now as cleaned the bathroom, treated the walking boots, sorted out the paper and magazine basket and remember there was a lot of ironing to do plus havent exercised today

    1 hour yoga I think today

    Well done HB on the stepper increase. With mine I have kept the routine the same bit increased the difficulty for another week

    I've stumbled across a facebook group for my old school, there are so many pictures on there from when I was there, even saw one with me in the back ground :eek: funny thing is, a lot of those people now have facebook pages and when you go on to their page, they are old!! At least 23 years since I've seen em anyway...some of the blokes are bald!!
