Sparkles, babe, you're so much better without him. I know, easy for me to say etc etc. But you are, sweetheart - you've had such a positive few months & your exercise regime is really kicking in. Don't let numpty-head spoil it all.@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? I know, I keep thinking of how positive I have felt over the last few weeks when I have not seen him and then as soon as I see him for a couple of hours it all goes to pieces.
Picking myself up as we type - off for a creme egg and not to beat myself up about having a day off exercising. Felt a bit guilty not exercising today, however it is good to let the muscles rest for a day or so.
Here is my plan to keep busy tomorrow
get up
walk dog
have breakfast
25mins cardio
Shower and change
get in the garden and make a start on tidying it up
Lunch and cuppa
Carry on with the garden
Tidy up
Walk dog
Eat lots of chocolate
Bath
Yoga
Make something nice for tea
Order trees and plants
Watch rest of Pride and Prejudice DVD
Spend every minute busy and keep mind distracted then no temptation to drink later onfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

In the same way we help people with their SOA's I thought I'd offer some pointers on this planfedupandskint wrote: »get up don't rush this one...
walk dog or this one...unless it's raining!
have breakfast enjoy!
25mins cardio
Shower and change
get in the garden and make a start on tidying it up see above about the raining situation
Lunch and cuppa maybe 2 cuppas, just to keep you going?
Carry on with the garden again, think about the rain
Tidy up
Walk dog what, again?!
Eat lots of chocolate you should do more of this!
Bath really really don't rush this one
Yoga would this be better before the bath? Then it could be an uber chilled bath
Make something nice for tea
Order trees and plants
Watch rest of Pride and Prejudice DVD Mr Darcy = nom nom nom

Well done on getting past those wine bells Sparkles.
You are doing great even though you are having to cope with all
the emotions that seeing the ex brings up.
Thanks for your mega post Budgie
I'm declaring I am going to be AF too tonight. I'm tempted though.

Do less horrible things.

Oh yes HB yoga will before the bath!
The weather forecast for West Yorkshire looks good for most of tomorrow so project garden can begin!
I watched Pride and Prejudice when it was on TV in 1995 and then rediscovered it on LoveFilm
I'm enjoying renting all the period dramas I missed while we were together as he disliked them - Cranford - very good. Wives and Daughters good
Pride and Prejudice - First half watched and very good, looking forward to watching another episode after this Dorothy Show finishes
I find it nice to watch an hour long episode when there is nothing else on TV
Well I'vedjust washed up, made a cuppa and I think my curry has made my skin react  It was only mild!!!
