Wasn't AF last night. Was it worth it? No I don't think so. Will be AF today.

Just to second what PBT said that it sounds like Flylady might be a good thing to check out. It takes you back to baby steps and frees you from the zillions of lists. Although I fall off that wagon too quite regularly, I really find it easier when I'm on top of the daily routines, it's like you learn to do it on autopilot and you find out how much you can do in a little time. Off to make my bed now (Don't tell Flylady, I haven't done it yet!)
