  • PBT - Paperwork - then mess (in both intersperced) with a bit of ironing chucked in for good measure if you can be !!!!ed. Paperwork is important - mess and ironing tend to be perpetual (well in my life anyway - not that I iron that often - only weddings/funerals/interviews/school parents nights) :)

ta for the prayer - I need to think on and appreciate what I do have xx

Thanks PBT for the great poem - true words indeed. I can highly recommend Flylady to help sort your house out - it's an American site (flylady.com) and is all about getting organised and having routines to help you keep your house clean and tidy. I love it - if you follow their instructions, it makes life so much easier.

    Morning all

Work over and now I can concentrate on MSE ;):D

I did manage to do the 72 hour challenge HB :j so my final total was 15 Shaggy, not great but I'm getting there....slowly *rolleyes*

That being said, went out for an end of term drink last night, I've not been going to them recently but felt I should as I was leaving. Got hammered *rolleyes* feel fragile today but really enjoyed myself. I am so so gutted that I've left, cried on numerous ocassions throughout the day yesterday, first time being before I'd even got into the building in the morning when the kitchen staff collered me in the car park and loaded me with presents, tears all round, then I completely lost it when I walked into my office. But held it together for the leaving presentation where I had to make a speech in front of all the staff  then lost it again later :rotfl:

My colleague brought in a proper authentic biryani and samosas for lunch  and another colleague brought me in a cheese toastie for a celebration breakfast

Got so many presents, sooooo much choklit , couple of bottles of wine  (that will be used for either cooking or presents, don't like wine anyway), a beautiful pestle & mortar and 6 various cookbooks and nearly £200 of vouchers for M&S & Next! Did really really well. I'm going to get myself a nice new pair of boots or shoes and something to wear for work :D

Onwards and upwards now (well once I stop feeling fragile :o), need to kick this alcoholism thing into touch. I HAVE to be sober when I walk through the doors of the new school, I need to be so that I actually have the confidence that I showed in my interview (I can talk the talk, but now need to walk the walk :rotfl:)

115K, so sorry to hear you will not be posting, I will really miss you, you've been part of the gang for a long long time. Please still PM me? I hope you 'do a sparkles' and come back stronger :) xxx
