Hi all,

Another MAD evening for me so that's 9 for me please Shaggy.

And the first 22 hours and 10 mins of the 72 hour challenge HB.

I'm still finding the MADness difficult. I've done 4 in a row and thought
each day would be easier but I have a crisis point between about 7 and
8:30 in the evening. I have what GC calls the "debating society" in my head and it drives me nuts. I think I'm certain I won't drink then all of
a sudden all the ideas/excuses/reasons why I can/should/must drink pop
up!. I have just managed to get past that though each day so onward and upward but it is very upsetting when it happens.

Anyway, I do hope everyone is ok. Thanks to RA for your inspirational post.
