    This is my target for w/c 22/3 -

    Remain AF and MAD for 7 days Mon-Sun
    Exercise plan for Week 1
    Mon - [STRIKE]CV (25mins)[/STRIKE] achieved :D AFD 20
    Tues - Yoga (30mins)
    Wed - CV (25mins)
    Thurs - Yoga (30mins)
    Fri - CV (30mins)
    Sat - Pilates :eek:

    Evening everyone, I'm posting my list to keep me motivated to do it as I could leave it in my mind otherwise and ignore it

    All well here and 25mins stepping completed AF no problems making it a MAD 20 for me tonight.

    Off to get some tea now, catch up later on :j

    Hi everyone. Reporting in with a MAD evening and new total of 8/27 please Shaggy. Felt great this morning, waking up clear headed is so lovely. Lost a few pounds since my last weigh in so things are looking up in that department too. Marru - did the doggie come back? Thanks for your pm. Fay - thanks so much for the pink socks, I absolutely love them. Bye for now everyone xx

    Thanks Mookie, yes managed to catch him near the house. Lucky he is very social animal and stayed near other dog walkers and didn't venture into very busy by pass that is just stone throw away. He is now in the dog house ;) :rotfl:
