Hi guys - apologies for being AWOL - 4 MAD's for me please Shaggy and a sobering reminder yesterday morning about why I shouldn't drink to excess - hangovers are so debilitating and waste soooooo much time - really cross with myself for wasting several hours of my first morning off feeling like sh*te :( However now firmly back on track and back on wagon. Hope everyone's ok and hugs and best wishes to those who are struggling for whatever reason today

Hi all - reporting in with a total of 6/27 now please Shaggy. Feel really tired today for some reason so will have an early night today. Busy week this week - going to see Cesar Millan (The Dog Whisperer) on Wednesday night then going to my beloved home town on a mum and son trip on Thursday, staying over and having a day's shopping on Friday then coming back on the train Friday evening. Can't wait!

Oh I feel rough - my skin is burning away in a big flare up now - had settled earlier. I have blown my nose non stop all day so my face looks red and pink all over and spotty and flaky. Feel very run down indeed and haven't been able to get warm all day.

Can't cover it up with any make up tomorrow when back to work.

No problems reporting in for day 7 AFD and boy am I MAD

Mookie - CM has had really bad comments in the dog training forums I am a member of, would be interesting to get your take on him. Have fabulous trip to hometown with DS. :j

Sparkles - Look after yourself - can you call a sickie tomorrow and then on Tuesday go and see you doc to find out what is going on.

    Shaggy - 7 for me please :)

I need a snack and then will retire upstairs with pile of books as it seems that I can't get downstairs warm but it is a bit too hot upstairs.

Aw FUAS....you have my sympathy. My nephew used to use camomile tea bags for his eczema...just pop a couple in the bath water. Would one 'brewed' in a bowl of water then wiped on your face help maybe?

    I've had a !!!! day.

Been on DS's back all day.....least I recognise it's me having a grump rather than saying he has been irritating me all day!!

I'm not sure why I'm feeling so irritable which irritates me even more!

Even sowing seeds and other such chilled out things have failed to chill me out.

I know that if i had booze in the house right now I would open my neck and down it until it was all gone. Maybe thats part of the irritation that the feeling of wanting a drink, whilst not constant, can rear it's head at any time.

I'm off to watch lamb week on bbc2 and hope it lifts my mood......apologies for the rant.

I got MAD in the bath so am now happy to declare that's 5 for me :D

It's strange but it is red wine I crave, not alcohol. I have enough alcohol in my flat to keep a small party going for a few hours (would have to be a small party as Bear Towers is a bit on the small side ;)) I can quite happily ignore it, I just really want some red wine :o

Sparkles my lovey, that sounds awful :( I have no idea what to suggest so sending you some bearhugs. Well done on all your AFness in the face of such a pants time :A
