Things you all have to remind me of if I falter this month:
    • shopping is so much easier without wine in it!
    • having willpower is great
There really should be others but I had a stupidly bad sleep last night (nothing to do with detoxing) so am all over the shop toda.

Work was also spectacularly pants!

However I have had fresh pasta with salad & lots of olice oil, balsamic vinergar & oodles of mozarella so I am now full of the joys of living :A

Went on a course today and learnt about this. Very interesting...well to me at least! Thought I'd share.

I am mega fedup tonight for some reason, don't know why as felt good yesterday. A bit up and down for who knows why?

Anyway I am MADDing away with no problems and off to have an early night with a cup of hot chocolate and a book
