    Welcome back YM - you have been missed on here that's for sure! :D

    Fay McFaffy - I am on day 21 AFD today and FAFFing tonight watching Star Trek and then beebs. The list is upto date for me and only one more stripe for today needed!

    Today went out with work for an away day and lots of people had a drink at lunch time and couldn't wait to have one at midday. I was not tempted at all and was driving too so no need to worry about it.

    Staying AF for the rest of the month is surprisingly easier than I expected and I'm aiming if I stick to the plan I'll come in with 26 AFD which is more than I have achieved in ages.

    Might aim for another one next month and see if some chunkiness falls off and skin improves too

    I have 33 ltrs of milk in the freezer and 23 various loaves of bread - when are you all coming
