    morning all i hope you had a great weekend well its day 8 today without wine my head aches have gone.keeping myself very busy im doing a big clear out at the mo trying to sort my house and my life out.feeling good at the mo looking forward to a non alc life (hopefully):D

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
