Anyone got Plymouth Rocks (that's not some dodgy cocktail by the way - it's a chicken) - saw two today on a farm and they are lovely. I was wondering if they are good layers?

I think Lurks is saying "I rest my case" in the barrister sense re. the vimto!

YM, if you're so lurking (& I so hope you are & that you're ok) all I can say is that the French has gone considerably downhill since you left us :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Haven't watched it yet, going to see it on 4+1.
Plymouth Rocks - OK but not brilliant ... 200 eggs per year. You Can get better :)

Two cockerels cooking in the oven - this afternoon they were running round our friends garden . They are vegetarians and got them by mistake. They have been fighting so asked us to knobble them :o
    Its been a long week.

Mrs BHB found a nice drink at Morrisons .... Sparkling red grape, blackcurrent and juniper berry.

    BHB

How do you get cockerels by mistake? As I type I realise what a wrong question that was to ask on here...
