Hi everyone. Been busy this week decluttering and sorting house out cos it's just gone on the market. Not had chance to catch up with everyone's news yet but just read the last couple of pages. Hello chaps

I had to share this - for those of you who know me - you'll be shocked

I'm heading to school 'options evening' with DD so am in full mummy gear - skirt, nice top, lovely jacket, heels, rings, earings, necklace and super glossy brushed hair - with make up on......................and some calvin klein parfum

I just need to document these times cos they don't happen often - DD just said who are you and where's the mudd splattered mother who arrived earlier

I'll be FAFFing with teachers being a proper grown up mummy

Fay :rotfl:I know what you mean. I sometimes go and get DD from after school club straight from dog walk in jeans and muddy wellies and don't feel grown up enough to be a mother of a school age child.

I was supposed to work from home today but as I only had one thing to do I never got around doing it . There is tomorrow.

Feeling great and rested for a change thou so no danger zone for me today. Ready for my first long run tomorrow. (ok it will only be 20 minutes but 4 weeks ago I struggled with 2 minutes) Might even go for a little swim afterwards :jOh and immediate weight loss for me tomorrow as getting my mane cut - resembling a shetland pony at the moment.
